The location is walkable to downtown & old town, nestled in a quiet residential area. This house stands out with truly beautiful architecture, and whimsy. Lyft & Seamless make it easy to get settled, big time conveniences. Note the King room downstairs is off the porch where folks gather, and blinds are sheer. Great to let the light in, but an optional layer of black out curtains may put guests at ease. Highly recommended. Staff was very accommodating. Thank you!

This is a really awesome place to stay when passing through Albuquerque. The whole house is beautiful inside and out. I especially enjoyed all the plants and succulents as well as getting to read about the history of the house. Each room is decorated with a local artist. I stayed in the brothel suite and the artwork was super cool. The bed was also the most comfortable bed ever. I got to talk to Brad a little bit after I arrived, and he was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is one of my favorite places I’ve stayed at while traveling, and I hope to make it back to explore Albuquerque some more and stay here again.

This charming little home exceeded our expectations! We stayed in the lower floor, Kings Parlour (1B) August 2023, the room has full/private access door to the front porch seating area that is open to the entire home, our stay in August 2023 was amazing! Authentic and beautifully renovated historic home in ABQ NM, within an easy walk to a delicious brunch, friendly, safe-feeling neighborhood, very COMFORTBLE king sized bed, nice amenities in the bathroom with a nice sized shower, wonderful open front porch that looks out onto the neighborhood street, tasteful decorations throughout, lovely snack and coffee area downstairs with a plethora of items to choose from. Great communication from the hosts, this room and the surrounding area were perfect for our stay. Good directions given to locate the house with easy parking in the back of the home. We traveled as a couple, but I would feel safe staying at this home alone without my husband. Great bargain for the area of Albuquerque it is situated in, we highly recommend!

AMAZING place to stay! Was here for the Balloon Fiesta, check in was a breeze (keypad info texted to me), met the owner and vibes are amazing. Had a few questions about Balloon Fiesta and leaving my bags at El Cuervo while I was away, very great advice and super accomodating :) Wish I could have stayed longer, patio in front and back are great places to meet fellow travelers! Also, one of the most comfortable beds I've been in for many years. You can really easily tell how much love has been put into the house, as someone who loves historic architecture it was really amazing to learn about the history! Definitely returning and bringing my friends at some point in the future. You won't make a mistake at all staying here!! See you next time

We stayed in the Kings Parlour room on 07/14, the room was beautiful and much bigger than I expected! The bed was so comfortable and the whole room was very clean. This was such a beautiful historic house and we are so glad we got to stay here while we visited Albuquerque for the first time. Outside of the room, the living room area was full of amenities, as well as cute art and plants. Brad and Steph are excellent hosts, I will recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in a cozy, hospitable and safe hotel.

This was my absolute favorite place we’ve stayed on our travels in recent years. Beautiful, super comfortable house in a gorgeous and very walkable neighborhood. It was quiet at night, the area felt really safe, and our bed was firm and comfy. The owners are thoughtful, caring hosts. I wouldn’t bring young kids simply because there are ample opportunities to break something in any old, ornate house like this. If you’re on a couple’s trip or traveling with a few chill friends, you’re going to love it here.

This guest house is a truly delight. What a hidden gem in downtown Albuquerque! If you are in the area you have to book a stay here. The property is historical and well maintained by the owner/operators. The couple here is very accommodating and can make get suggestions for a night downtown. Book a night and I promise you won’t regret it. We will definitely be back.
